2020 / 2040 T-Slot Aluminum Profiles
2020 and 2040 are 20mm-series T-slot aluminum profiles with 6mm V-slots and M5 compatibility. Widely used for 3D printer frames, desktop CNC routers, laser engravers and robotics. 6063-T5 aluminum, anodized finish, modular assembly with T-nuts and brackets.

3030 / 3060 T-Slot Aluminum Profiles
3030 and 3060 are 30mm-series T-slot aluminum profiles with 8mm slots and M6/M8 compatibility. The most popular size for CNC router tables, workbenches, machine guards and automation frames. 6063-T5 aluminum, anodized finish, modular assembly.

6061 Aluminum Profiles
6061 is a medium-to-high-strength heat-treatable aluminum alloy widely used for structural profiles, marine fittings, truck frames and machinery parts. T6 and T6511 tempers provide higher strength than 6063 while maintaining good corrosion resistance and weldability.

6063 Aluminum Profiles
6063 is the most widely used aluminum extrusion alloy for architectural profiles, T-slot frames, furniture, heat sinks and general fabrication. Excellent extrudability, surface finish and anodizing response. Available in T5, T6 tempers.

7075 Aluminum Profiles
7075 is the highest-strength aluminum alloy commonly available as extrusions. T6 temper delivers tensile strength ≥540 MPa, used for aerospace fittings, tooling, high-performance sporting goods and precision parts. Limited to simple shapes (bars, rods, tubes) due to poor extrudability.
